ABC Financial
Who Is ABC Financial Services?
ABC Financial Services provides gyms and health clubs with the software and solutions they need to be successful. ABC Financial also offers customized marketing programs to their fitness club clients, and provides customer service directly to gym members. They currently work with over 7,000 health clubs. Founded in 1981, ABC Financial has headquarters in Sherwood, Arkansas.
ABC Financial Work From Home
ABC Financial hires full-time work from home call center representatives, and they accept applications regularly.
You must live in one of the following states to be considered: Arkansas, Georgia, Florida, Texas, Maine, Utah, Alabama, and Oklahoma (locations are subject to change).
You will be a benefits-eligible employee of ABC Financial, not an independent contractor. You will handle inbound customer service calls from gym members and health club staff regarding payment issues and contract questions.
Scheduling
The call center is open Monday thru Friday, 7am to 9pm Central, so your schedule will likely require flexible availability within those hours (no weekends!). Your schedule may vary, and could sometimes include mandatory overtime.
Technical Requirements
To work from home with ABC Financial, you only need hard-wired high speed internet service (DSL or Cable). The company provides your required equipment!

• a quiet and private home office space
• a stable work history
• at least 1 year of call center experience
• schedule flexibility
• live in a state that ABC Financial recruits for.
Pay
I did not find a definite pay rate, but according to my research, starting pay is in the range of $10.50-$11 per hour. You will be paid bi-weekly via direct deposit.
Training is paid, and lasts about four weeks on a Monday-Friday schedule.
Application Process
According to ABC Financial work from home reviews at Glassdoor, after the online application, you are invited to a webinar to receive more information about the company and the position.
Following the webinar, you are invited to select an interview date/time, and there may be more than one interview before you are hired.
Some people also mentioned online assessments, the first of which may be scheduled before you are invited to interview.
To apply, go to the careers page and select the Remote option from the location drop down box.
Just to recap – the benefits of ABC Financial work from home are:
- you will be an employee paid by the hour, and with benefits
- you won’t work weekends
- the company provides your equipment – all you need is high speed internet!

If you already work from home for ABC Financial, I’d love to hear about your experience in comments.
I worked for ABC Financial for two years. Work is consistent and very fast paced. Calls are back to back during the entire shift. You must have thick skin because you will be cursed at on a regular basis by disgruntled customers regarding things you have no power change or resolve. You are NOT permitted to escalate calls unless the member asks you to nor permitted to disconnect an abusive caller using extremely foul language.
Hey Marcie, thanks for your feedback!
I just interviewed with them today, and it was an online interview where you had to use the computer’s camera to record your answers. It wasn’t bad.
Thanks for the feedback, Julie, and I hope your interview went well!
Is the hiring process still the same assessments and then interview? Someone who recently applied and got hired please, chime in and let me know. I’m more concerned about the interview part. Is it a phone interview or a voice recorded interview? TIA
I did my second interview today. The interviews are not live interviews. You answer pre-recorded questions via video with your computer or phone camera. Easy process.
Thank you and congratulations! I’ve heard that the second interview is pretty tough. Is that true?
