Call Center QA is headquartered in Boston, and provides quality control and evaluation services for call centers throughout the Unites States. The company contracts with call centers to arrange mystery shops in efforts to improve quality and performance.
As a telephone mystery shopper, you will make outbound calls to various call centers pretending to be interested in their services, and then evaluate how well the call center representatives handled the calls.
How Does it Work?
Call Center QA’s clients are organizations who want to evaluate how well their call center employees are performing, or how well their competition is performing.
You may contact client call centers across various industries: insurance, home refinance, debt consolidation, tax relief, and even weight loss. When you register with Call Center QA, you will select the shopping categories that you are interested in.
You are expected to be able to play the role of a potential customer, and you will be required to complete a written review of the call.
What does it pay?
Call Center QA shoppers make $5 per call, with most calls lasting only between six and ten minutes.
At that rate, if you can complete your call and review within the ten minute window, you could make as much as $30 per hour! However, this is an independent contractor position and work may not always be available.
Payment is made within seven business days or less to your PayPal account, upon acceptance of your written evaluations.
Scheduling
Call Center QA does not have any minimum requirements for hours worked or even specific times of the day, except that you must be able to make calls while the call centers are open.
Requirements
Call Center QA does not have stringent requirements for its contractors. You will need a phone, an email account, and a PayPal account.
There are no background checks or fees, but you must be eligible to work in the United States, and be a great listener who pays attention to detail.
Referral Program
Another way to make money with Call Center QA is to sign up for its referral program. When you sign up, the company creates a unique referral link for you. When someone clicks on your link and signs up to work as a shopper, you have the potential to earn extra income.
Once your referral has completed one paid call and has not clicked any other referral links for 30 days, you will receive $5 for the referral!
Application Process
