What Do Reservation Sales Representatives Do?
Work From Home Sales Representatives at Enterprise utilize effective selling techniques to turn customer calls into confirmed reservations.
They handle inbound calls, follow a sales strategy, and communicate effectively with a wide range of customers to answer questions and highlight some of the benefits of booking a reservation.
Sales reps must be able to handle 80 to 100 incoming calls per day with customers across multiple states and time zones. If applying for this position, you’ll also need to meet the following requirements:
- Provide excellent customer service to customers
- Maintain a courteous and pleasant demeanor while speaking with external and internal customers
- Strive to exceed sales targets – take appropriate steps to meet monthly personal and department sales goals (based on bookings, revenue, etc.)
- Provide timely and accurate information reflecting a customer-oriented image for the company
- Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
- Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue
- Handle multiple tasks (i.e., talking with customers while accessing information in a computer)
Qualifications
You need to be at least 18 years old and live in a specific state to qualify.
You also need to have a computer/PC (not a Mac) that is compatible with OS versions: Windows 7, 8, 8.1 or Windows 10. You’ll need a USB headset with a microphone to conduct calls as well as a separate modem and router with high-speed connection to the internet.

Schedule
Work from home Reservation Sales Representatives work 40 hours per week and need to be available for work with start times begin between 11am and 1:30pm CST.
What Do Customer Service Representatives Do?
Work From Home Customer Service Representatives at Enterprise handle multiple tasks like talking with and listening to customers’ needs while inputting information into different applications and systems.
In this role, you’ll be required to utilize problem-solving skills to answer questions and fulfill customer requests.
You’ll also be expected to:
- Locate and interpret complex information from a number of databases
- Maintain a courteous and pleasant demeanor while speaking with external and internal customers
- Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
- Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
Qualifications
You need to be 18 years old to become a work from home customer service representative with Enterprise. This job also has location requirements.
You also need a minimum of two years customer service experience and work-related experience navigating through multiple systems and screens with a personal computer.

Schedule
There is mandatory training (three weeks for Sales Representatives, six weeks for Customer Service Representatives) Monday through Friday from 9am to 5:30pm CT.
You must also be willing to work 40 hours per week including weekends. Schedule times start between 11am and 1:30pm.
What Does Enterprise Work From Home Pay?
Work From Home Reservation Sales Representatives earn starting pay of $14 per hour, and Customer Service Representatives start at $14.50 per hour.
The average Sales Representative also makes an extra $250 in commission pay, with commission amount capping out at $800 a month for top performing agents.
