I’ve looked all over for work from home phone jobs that don’t require working weekends, and they are hard to find! I’m not talking about flexible scheduling where you can make your own schedule, but you’re still required to work at least one weekend day.
I mean absolutely no weekend work.
Many home-based jobs, especially call center jobs, require you to be available based on business need, and you can almost guarantee that the business will need you on weekends.
When you’ve had “traditional” brick and mortar jobs, a Monday-Friday schedule is the norm. You get used to planning down-time, events and outings, or just whatever you want to do for Saturdays AND Sundays.
As wonderful as working from home is, companies that are closed on weekends (or at least don’t require you to work on weekends) are few and far between.
This list includes telecommute-friendly companies with phone-based jobs that don’t require working weekends, and that pay at least $10 per hour.
Work From Home With Your Weekends Free
#1 ABC Financial
ABC Financial hires full-time customer care representatives to work from home helping gym members and staff with payment and contract questions.
In addition to having your weekends off, you’ll also get a full benefits package and all of the necessary equipment will be provided to you.
The company regularly hires in Arkansas, Georgia, Florida, Texas, Maine, Utah, Alabama, and Oklahoma, but they’ve also had a job opening in North Carolina.
When I originally wrote the ABC Financial review, they counted over 7,000 health clubs as clients. Now, they have 1,000 more, so the company is growing which could mean even more remote job openings.
