  • When you said: “You will be a benefits-eligible employee.”

    Does that mean:
    1. You are an employee of Sykes Home?
    2. You will be able to request Certificate of Employment (if needed) that will include information on the job title, description, weekly/monthly hours, and benefits provided?
    3. There is an actual office that the employee can visit in case needed?

    Thank you for the information.

    • You will be a Sykes employee. Please direct your other two questions to Sykes, as I don’t work for them and cannot answer questions about COEs and if you can visit their offices.
